Fossette Focacceria is the counter-service Italian concept of All-Purpose Hospitality. Both locations are walk-in / counter-service, no reservations.

The Shaw location at 1250 9th Street NW is the cafe and snack bar, with daytime hours focused on coffee, breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snacks. The Union Market location at 1309 5th Street NE is the all-day stall inside the Union Market food hall, with longer hours, full sandwich and pasta lineup, takeout-friendly.
