Two locations, one focaccia obsession. Fossette Focacceria started as a cozy cafe in Shaw and grew to a second, larger home at Union Market. Each spot shares the same fresh baked focaccia and Italian baked goods, with its own neighborhood feel. Find the one nearest you below.

Shaw is the original: a quick counter service cafe for focaccia sandwiches, baked goods, and Colectivo coffee, open daily from 10am to 4pm.

Union Market is the outpost and mercato: a bigger menu, retail shelves of Italian goods to take home, and later hours seven days a week.
